The False Divide

Traumatic brain injury rates underestimated - NZ study ...
“To understand unity & division, we must first understand the very idea of self”

You know those exhausting days, where you energy is gone. Work piled up, you ran around doing errands all day. It was just exhausting. Your mind seems to run a mile a minute and you just can’t get it to stop. By the time you get home, you’ve barely had time for dinner, exhausted, you decide to go to bed. Sleep, this will be your rest. You close your eyes, the day is over. The next day you find yourself being frustrated or angry at things. But i’ve had my sleep, its a new day. What is this energy that is building up inside of me? Wait, the energy from outside of me, is stuck inside of me?

We are born into a world of such depth, such beauty, such openness & serenity. A world full of beautiful birds, where there are so many different species that move their wings and fly through the air, always reminding us of the freedom in surrendering to the present moment. A world where harmony between all the moving parts of the planet can be witnessed. Go to a waterfall, see how it nourishes the trees, the springs, the rocks and the animals. Collective coherence is somewhat inspiring. That nature has the ability to create such harmony without effort is marvellous.

However, within our world we also find the destruction & death that make us wonder, what is this cycle. Pollution can become a problem in some of the world’s largest cities. We can see countries succumb to such famine and economic collapse that it rocks the very foundation of the people within those walls. Our western world has become a safe-haven for those who wish to escape this reality. A world divided on the outside, is just a reflection of the greatest divide of all. Within each and every one of us.

There are vast divides within the frame work of the human experience. But let’s take a closer look within our world, our own community. How many of us have a division in thoughts, views, opinions and skillsets from your fellow human being. I would dare say the answer to this is obvious, division is everywhere. This is not hard to see. Yet how many of us use this division to create a sense of morality or judgement onto those who do not agree with you? Our technological world has created an unfortunate separation in the humanising of others. The wonders of technology are no doubt brilliant, yet man has not yet understood his toys as well as he thinks. There is no guarantee that our technological marvels will be our saviours. Unless we start to understand their power spiritually, they could well become our demise.

The need to lash out and others for indifference in opinion, create a moral high ground for ourselves for various reasons. This comes from an insecure place within each and every one of us, I have been guilty of this myself. Your issue isn’t with others, the world within you is divided, and you are simply creating that reflection outside. How do you speak to yourself? Realise that the way you speak to others, is a reflection of your inner state. Do you create coherence or destruction? Within & without. This is not to say that we cannot differ in opinion, not at all. However, when you create happiness or unhappiness from this division, you are creating disharmony within you. There is a vast difference in discussion & argument. One creates learning, the other, separation.

The inner world & the outer world are actually mirrors of each other. We are all living a different human experience, striving to become better versions of ourselves. Everyone has short comings, lessons, life situations, strengths and weaknesses. It is important you recognise those within yourself, because they do exist. You can lie to everyone else & not even see it, but the cost of lying to yourself is the largest price of all. Our world of form is not one that is easy to navigate. What seems negative & positive on one level, are just 2 sides of the same coin on another. The hardest challenges in your life have often resulted in growth you cannot live without. Intolerance teaches tolerance. Insanity shows us sanity. Pain allows us to experience joy. This is the life of form.

The differences in our world make the Earth a beautiful place. Different cultures, personalities, animals, landscapes & weather to name a few. All of these create the diversity we love and appreciate. However, we cannot expect to have all of these beautiful differences without the differences we may not enjoy. Our perceptions of the world create the way we react to these differences. It is not in the disagreement where the problem lies, but in our reactions to them. There is an innate intelligence that breathes outside of name & form, in the formless dimension. If you can connect to the present moment, you will start tapping into its unlimited power.

The secret to manifesting a world outside of us, is to create a more harmonious world inside of us. Failed dreams, trauma, childhood abuse, poor eating habits, stressful life situations. We all want to pretend life doesn’t take a toll on us, but we are human. Suppression is the easy way out, but its not healthy. The first thing you need to do is understand that even though all of this is within you, you are perfect the way you are. You feel down, defeated, lost, unworthy, but you must love all those parts of yourself. Once you do, you surrender to what is, feel the freedom & joy that comes from this.

Did you know that emotions are actually sound vibrations that are so high in frequency, that they cannot be heard by the human ear? The very Earth and its formation was formed through vibrations. One of the most infamous experiments ever conducted were those of Dr. Masaru Emoto, carried out on water. Please watch the recap here. Simply by changing the way he spoke to the water, he was able to create such harmony or destruction within the molecules. So imagine, if the human body is mostly water, what would thinking negatively about your fellow human do for humanity?

You may think your unresolved life situation has nothing to do with the littering you see on the streets, or the famine on the other side of the world, however, this is not true. Our world is energy, this is fact, this is science. The collective energy of the world and its resonance is the fore-front of the change that needs to happen within each and every one of us, to create a naturally more harmonious world outside of us. The current tests for humanity are here to propel our consciousness into higher states, in a world with so much chaos, its time to realise we are the creators of our destiny, not the victims.

Unity within comes in the form of self love & surrender. You may not be happy with your life situation, your appearance, goals that have been left untouched or the disappointment of not realising a vital lesson for years. But to move into a more harmonious life, you must surrender first to what is. You must first practice self love & forgiveness. Change the way you treat yourself & watch the world change around you.

These behaviours lie deep within our unconscious and subconscious minds. These are not traits we are aware of consciously, so I do not blame anyone who reacts this way. Our life is full of challenges and obstacles, waiting to be conquered. These are tests of character, our lessons & our growth points. Ultimately, our roads in life are determined by not just what we do when life is easy, but what is done when life gets tough. Life is built outside our comfort zones. In mastering ourselves we can master the world around us.

Be the role model you look up too. Create within you a world that is harmonious. The biggest judge of character is the one that looks at you in the mirror every day. Your personality and self are years in the making, so there will be a fight on your hands. The mind loves to be comfortable in what it knows, even if that known is destructive. There are no quick fixes. However, generally when something takes time to built, it also stays around for time too.

The False divide is outside of you. The real divide is inside of you. The ability to speak calmly to yourself, is the skill that everyone must learn. If you want to create a better world, it all starts with yourself. Hold yourself to a certain standard, train the mind, don’t let it drain you. Division is self created, heal it, grow from it and from that, watch the world change around you.
