What do you think is the most common social response in times of stress, hardship & confusion? It’s a reaction many people turn towards, but one that does not solve any problems. It causes panic, distress, conformity, division, hate, anger, jealousy and prejudice. But what is this response & why is it often our primal state? I am speaking about FEAR.
As we grow up through this world, we are given lessons in life. Navigating our way through the modern eco-system is a challenging skill. Concepts such as school, work, jobs, money are all constructs of our reality. Constructs created to allow us to live in harmony, systems that have been built over thousands of years. The basic necessities of food, shelter, physical health & education are all left in the hands of others. We trust our fellow man (woman) to be there for us. It is this very trust that binds society. Each human being should first realise this, understand that the very fabric of your life is only possible due to the co-operation of others around you.
So what happens when fear runs the world? The society you love to be involved with, suddenly becomes a danger to you personally? What if everyone started to form this basis of thinking? We all go through tough times which can create emotional discharge in the form of all sorts of anguish & wrong-doing. But ultimately you need to realise there is no excuse for that behaviour and its purely due to a lack of understanding, calm, information, self observation & acceptance that creates your negative behaviour.
I think with so many securities in our current world, a lack of fundamental appreciation and education on why these securities exist has become apparent. Ever heard the saying “Hard times make strong men, good times create weak men?”. Is it possible that we have had it good for so long in the western world we have become self-entitled? Is it possible that the fight of our fore-fathers & mothers, has been forgotten? That our freedom was not luck, but was earned? Is it possible that through time, there were always forces that were trying to instill control? Is it possible these forces still exist? I want you to ask yourself, for all the security we have, why do we have so much fear?
The reason is because fear is generated through a LACK OF CONTROL. In our current climate, our food supply, medicine, freedom of speech, monetary systems are all in control of others that we do not know. Basic life skills such as gardening, hunting, understanding health, emotional management, labour skills are all dependent on a system which has become increasingly fragile over time due to corruption, and that is a very dangerous place to be. I want you ask yourself, when you have little control over these aspects and others can control your survival, then your fear is simply a response to a loss of control. This is not a message to those who actively engage in the search of information, but to those who blindly take common information as the one and only source of truth. It’s a message to those who do not understand, that we can build our own systems in life that create internal and external control of our destiny.
When fear is activated within, you are very much in the mentality that its every man for themselves. Fear is generated by the Amygdala. This is the epicentre of the bodies survival mechanism. When this type of thinking is enlisted, we create a separation in our society and not a unification. We create a separation in our mind and are not able to use our entire being either. Remember, our external world is a reflection of our inner world.

I would highly urge people to research the autonomic nervous system (ANS), particularly fight or flight (SNS) and rest & repair (PNS). I try and limit my articles to a certain length so I won’t go too much into it. This is purely because I like to open a concept to the world, then if people are interested they can conduct their own research on the subject.
With all that in mind, ask yourself. Is a decision made in fear going to be a better long term solution, or is a decision made without fear, when the mind is calm, emotions are balanced, information has been thoroughly digested a better way forward? Anger is a primal cover for fear. Awareness is the opposite. Having fear within is a very normal part of life, confronting fear is something we have not been educated on, which leaves us in a state of limbo, constantly allowing our fears to make our decisions.
The first step to eliminating fear is to become self-reliant and self informed. Challenging your current belief systems will allow you greater understanding & a wide variety of lenses to look into an issue that may be causing you fear. When we are grounded in the known, we are not able to eliminate fear, which resides in the known. It is only logical to venture into the unknown, find all avenues of research and come to your own conclusions. I often see people wanting to alleviate their own fears, but do not want to spend the time to research deeply into topics because they do not have time. Everyone has 24 hours in a day, and those of us who seek education from all sources in the age of information, are more likely to live without fear & with abundance.
Educating yourself is crucial to understanding. True research comes from asking the right questions, not finding answers to questions you’ve already asked 100 times. I would also say its very dangerous to simply believe information because it comes from a mainstream source. If you are constantly allowing yourself to be told by so called ‘experts’ what to think. Remember, even experts disagree with each other. There are a field of experts which do not make it to your field of attention. School systems create a mindset within that the largest authority figure is always correct. Often this is incorrect & many of the greatest minds of existence had to go through oppression before their theories became accepted. Always look at an issue from all lenses and form your own educated opinion.
It is extremely important to practice non-reaction and observance of your inner state in times of fear. Fear resonates at roughly 17-27Hz, as apposed to love which is 528Hz. On a scientific level, you will always make different decisions coming from these 2 different states. After all, we are bioelectromagnetic beings with our own bands of frequency and energy. This is where the term ‘raising your vibration’ comes from. When we practice non-reaction, we can start to become observers. Slowing down the breathe, and as a general rule of thumb, waiting a few minutes to eliminate reactive emotions (which is a conditioned state from past experience) is a good start to logically and calmly coming to solutions.

We are mere observers of a reality around us, before managing anything within, simply try and observe it. This will be something incredibly difficult to initially master. Once you are able to become the observer, you will become an observer of many other facets of existence. This will automatically open your senses to a higher level of awareness, within you & around you. Then you will realise how much your mind & body control YOU, not how much YOU actually control yourself. There is a much deeper conversation on the awakening of self that I am trying to point to in this article. Awareness and mindfulness are skills just like reading, and they take practice. Further education on this can be found in other articles in my blog. So please feel free to read them if you wish.
The current model of many of our systems does not give power to the individual, it gives it to the unified. We blindly trust men in suits & fancy logos that preach good but in reality can be corrupt and bought out. The unified belongs to the people, this is where true power exists. We live very much in the Newtonian model of existence which has been around for over 150 years. However, we are now transitioning into the quantum model of existence which is evolutionary. This is the science that allows us to understand the frequency of fear & love. Albert Einstein came to the conclusion we live in a unified field. So if you ever feel separate from everyone else, think again.
So in conclusion, fear is a frequency band, it resonates its own energy. Ask yourself deeply why you sometimes get into states of fear. Then know that, only in taking different actions (the unknown) can you come to a point of resolve, eliminate fear and live in a state of wholeness. As new situations arise, you will slowly become well practiced at the tools required to handle them from a new level of mind.
