A Warm Welcome

The world is a fast changing place at the moment. We are seeing so much happening in such a short amount of time. It is a world of information, a world of change. So much is happening it seems to be hard to keep up with it all. So as we are moving along, we are trying so hard to understand the world we live in, but we do not ever stop and ask ourselves – do we understand ourselves?

There is a world that is always moving, but in that movement; we can be still. We can stop and let our own clocks tick away at our own pace. We rarely take moments to ourselves (well a lot of people are now doing this), to really understand who we are and why we are? This is a question that goes deep into the well of self, a well that is unique to each and every one of us. To know yourself, is to understand the very world around you.

Our world is created through the perceptions and truths we hold about reality itself. But as I learn about the puzzle of our universe, I hope to pass the information onto you. The human being is a very powerful individual, and it is up to us to take responsibility in every way for our destiny. We have done great to evolve of the years into what we are today. So part of this understanding isn’t just looking into our future and our present, but learning from the past as well.

So over the course of this blog and this site, I will be writing to open up the world of self love, self education & the world around us. We will bring you articles on the workings of the mind, the details of the body, how to stay healthy & anything to allow you to understand yourself and the world a little better. Analysing great minds of the past, new theories about our future and the ever changing present reality.
